As a wildlife conservationist from Nairobi, I’m always on the lookout for family-friendly accommodations that resonate with our spirit of exploration. Our recent stay at Foxfires Private Boutique Guesthouse was indeed memorable. We found a dedicated Kids Land just a short walk from the guesthouse, which kept my children entertained for hours. It was heartwarming to see them engage with nature while having fun. Each morning, we enjoyed hearty breakfasts served by the lovely hosts, Paul and Aggie. They made sure there was something delightful for everyone, with Gooseberry, their charming dog, adding to the family vibe. On one adventure, we rented bikes from the guesthouse and explored the stunning surroundings together. There is nothing quite like pedaling through the beautiful landscapes and sharing laughs with my family. All in all, Foxfires offered a blend of relaxation and adventure, making it an ideal spot for families wanting to experience the beautiful countryside without sacrificing comfort. I’m looking forward to returning and creating more cherished memories as we embrace the beauty that is East Africa.
